Attachments required are Copies of Birth Certificate / Affidavit and Certificate of Secondary Education or Result Slip, Academic Transcript.(attach together with application form underneath)
Uncompleted Application form will be not considered such as missing of information of above, missing of Bank Pay –In – Slip, and unpaid application fee.
Application and attachments should be scanned by scanning devices not smartphones.
Application overdue will be not considered.
Provide active Email and phone number for Admission Feedback or Results and save the file by O level Index Number Eg. S001/0001/year of completing
