Please read carefully the Instructions before filling in this application form

  1. Download the Joining Instruction form.
  2. The application form should be filled online and submitted on to Application page. 
  3. Attachments required are Copies of Birth Certificate / Affidavit and Certificate of Secondary Education or Result Slip, Academic Transcript.
  4. Applicants will be required to make all payments on the HECOHAS accounts and submit Bank Pay –In – Slip (Should bear the name of applicant).
